2. Telehealth & Medical Disclaimers

2.1 No Provider-Patient Relationship via General Browsing

The information, content, educational resources, protocol overviews, and materials made available on this Site are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes. Browsing this Site, sending online inquiries, or submitting contact forms does not establish a clinical provider-patient relationship between you and Gaia Health PLLC or any of its healthcare professionals.

2.2 Scope of Telehealth Services

Clinical services, telehealth consultations, concierge wellness programs, and prescription therapies (including specialized peptide protocols or GLP-1 weight management therapies) are provided solely following formal patient intake, identity verification, clinical evaluation, and execution of a separate clinical Informed Consent agreement.

2.3 Geographical & Licensing Restrictions

Telehealth services are offered only to individuals physically located within jurisdictions where our healthcare providers maintain active professional licenses and authorization to practice under applicable state law, primarily the State of Florida.

3. User Responsibilities & Patient Portal Access

When interacting with our Site, scheduling software, or patient management portals, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete personal, medical, and contact information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your portal credentials, passwords, and account access information.
Notify Gaia Health PLLC immediately of any unauthorized access to or breach of your portal account.

4. Concierge Services, Fees & Payment Terms

Telehealth Consultations	Payment is due at the time of booking or as outlined in your clinical intake agreement.	Requires at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation without penalty.
Concierge Memberships	Billed on a recurring subscription basis as established under your membership enrollment agreement.	Subject to the cancellation terms set forth in your individual concierge service contract.
Prescription Protocols & Labs	Charges for compounding services, medication fulfillment, or lab testing are processed according to selected packages.	Medications and compounded protocols are non-refundable once dispensed by the pharmacy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, clinic branding, custom graphics, protocol guides, audio/video materials, and layout design—is the exclusive property of Gaia Health PLLC d/b/a Gyah or its content licensors and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
